Pasta, Potato and Savoy Cabbage Soup

Ingredients x 4
3 potatoes, peeled and diced
250 gr savoy cabbage, thinly sliced
1 garlic clove
2 sprigs fresh rosemary
100 gr mixed pasta
30 gr bacon, cubed
4 tbsp extra vergin olive oil
salt and and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Fry the garlic clove in a saucepan with the oil, add the rosemary sprigs and the bacon. After 2 minutes remove the rosemary sprigs and add the potatoes and the cabbage. Mix well all the ingredients and cover with water and leave to cook for 5 minutes. Taste and season with salt and freshly gound black pepper. Pour tha pasta in and add some warm water if necessary while the pasta is cooking.
