Voul au Vents with Goat's Milk Cheese and Fresh Chive

10 voul au vents
150 gr Goat's Milk Cheese
1 tbsp extra Vergin olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
small bunch of toatesd pine nuts
15 gr fresh chives

Cream the Goat' s Milk Cheese and add the extra Vergin olive oil, salt, pepper and the chopped chive. Mix everything well together and add the toasted pine nuts. Pour the cream in the voul-au-vents, sprinkle some chopped chive and enjoy!
